THAT IS RIDICULOUS..... MAYBE THEY SHOULD SET UP A CAMERA TO SEE WHAT THE NEIGHBOR IS DOING TO AGGITATE THESE DOGS.... DOGS ARE SUPPOSED TO BARK IF THEY FEEL THREATENED OR FEEL AS IF THEIR MASTER OR MASTER'S HOME IS BEING THREATENED.....

There are sooo many worse things than barking....take my neighbors for ex: their boom boom "music" rattles my windows, they don't even get a ticket! It's not right...there are plenty of positive possibilities obviously being totally overlooked here.

Are you crazy? Dogs are animals and by nature, they bark! That is how they communicate and express themselves. Murdering them for "talking" is crazy! Who the hell comes up with these laws? May he/she have the karma due him/her!
