Dogs bark. It's what they do. Dogs also know good people from bad people. Someone who wants dogs euthanized for barking is definitely bad.

Dogs are protective of their surroundings and will bark - it is a natural behavior so euthanizing them for what they normally do is ridiculous! Free the dogs and work with the foster mother on this. It is the right thing to do.
