Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood disappeared from UK Netflix earlier this week and it's honestly thrown my household into chaos - my youngest child (2½) has a rare genetic condition that leaves her heavily disabled and developmentally delayed, she can't crawl, sit, stand, or talk. Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood is the ONLY thing she's ever paid any attention to and shows zero interest in watching anything else. Series 1 is all that we had available and it's been on a loop, 12 hours a day for more than 2 years.
The only way to watch it in the UK now is through BBC iPlayer, which has been redubbed and sounds weird - she knows the difference and won't watch it. There's no legal way to watch it in the UK now and the PBS and ABC apps are geolocked.

This is quality TV and I am so disappointed. My family uses the lessons learned on Daniel tiger all the time. Please bring it back to NETFLIX

I have 2 children who are heartbroken that this show is no longer on Netflix. One of my children are disabled and he is having meltdowns because he can't watch his "friends". It's hard trying to explain to him.

This move by PBS is very frustrating for many parents. While I do have a prime membership not all devices support a prime app such as my older smart tv. My 2 year old wants to watch Daniel Tiger and I feel awful when I have to tell her that it's not on the tv anymore. Guess we will be looking for different shows now.
