I have seen many inaccuracies on my paystub and hopefully this will help resolve the issues sooner rather than later.

Theres always major inaccuracies in my paycheck. Constantly having to wonder if I get paid for my late jobs. Being isolated in Brooklyn, we haven't received our paystubs in weeks if not a month. A punch clock system would be a great tool to help solve this issue

I agree about implementing a time clock. I feel it would definitely lessen the issue with any mistakes. Also, it tracks everyone better on both ends.

My 3 year work anniversary was on March 28th. It is now May 29th and I have not seen a pay raise to the 3-5 year pay scale reflected on my paystub. Accrued PTO for working shifts in addition to my base schedule is consistently added to my balance one month before my anniversary and date I am consistently unable to use accrued time before it expires the following month. Other employees in the hospital use a time clock to document hours worked. Perhaps implementing a time clock in our department could reduce the burden and possible mistakes of manually inputing overtime due to emergency assignments late in our tour. Writing in extra hours and PTO preferences on a paper form that is accessible to anyone who enters our crew room and is not accounted for on weeks where payroll submission falls on a holiday is not an appropriate means of tracking payroll.

We should not have to chase down supervisors to get paid correctly every paycheck, we should not have our hard earned accrued time be mismanaged

I am still owed $1919.8608 for the week of 11/18/18-11/24/18. Copies of my paystub and notes have been emailed to Rick Mendoza SEVERAL times! (At least 10 times.)

This is an every week situation. People have families and bills to pay on time. management seems not to care about the hard work we put in and it’s none of their concern.
