Paypal, remove the offensive "need a new skipper" commercial

This commercial is horrible on so many levels-to think that replacing a beloved family member with "just any bird" and no one would notice is appalling. I guess losing your golden retriever and replacing it with a German shepherd would be no big deal right? Get rid of the commercial.....

Paypal, As a bird lover and owned by several birds, i hate this commercial and i am offended! Remove this commercial now!

Please, birds are not just disposable/replaced on a whim. They are a family member, as are cats, dogs, etc. They are highly intelligent creatures, this ad sends a horrible uncaring message. PayPal, you should be better than this. I expect better.

I expected a higher standard from you. Please refrain from using this commercial. A bird is a living, thinking being. A lost parrot outdoors most likely would be terrified and unable to fend for itself. Parrots are not toys, and this shows a lack of empathy on your behalf. Thank you.

Horrible ad. Round cage? Just buy another bird like the first one was a throw away? What a horrible example are you portraying.

Seriously, PayPal? You need to find new marketing people who have a basic grasp of empathy and the value of non-human life. There are thousands and thousands of abandoned parrots who need homes and encouraging someone to just go out and buy a new one when they're too stupid or lazy to care for the old one is adding to the problem. As a theoretical exercise, replace the lost parrot with someone chucking a dog out of car and driving away and see how well that ad plays with your customers.

Do you know how many parrot rescues there are in the US and abroad? Hundreds, with thousands of unwanted parrots. We all work hard to educate bird owners about adopting one of thousands of birds sitting in rescues, NOT to buy one!!!!!! This ad is so offensive and makes me sick.

I use PayPal all the time. I am sickened by the disregard for a pets value. Take this add down

This add demonstrates irresponsibility and promotes people to not give a damn about anything cause you can just go online and replace it. Instead you should revise the add where she uses PayPal to PAY for fliers and advertisement to relocate her lost bird. Then your add would be acceptable.

This is the worst. Parrots are irreplaceable and this commercial makes me want to throw up.

This showcases irresponsible pet owner/caretaker behavior. It is NOT OK to just replace any animal (bird, dog or otherwise) with a different breed.

I oppose this commercial which makes a mockery of parrot ownership. It is in extremely bad taste.

This is beyond appalling! There is enough irresponsibility among bird owners without YOUR help. Please revise the commercial to show her buying cage and toys through your company...
