We are writing to appeal the decision to deny the Plymouth Rock gym membership reimbursement benefit for Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) clients.

The Orange Theory Fitness model is more effective than individual (traditional gym)workouts. The OTF class structure pushes your limits and helps you realize results by creating positive competitiveness and increased work-out motivation.

The class structure is not the same as individual one on one training/personal trainer. Rather you are working out at the same time with others in a group setting.

OTF provides cardiovascular, strength training exercise equipment and everything that a “regular” gym would provide - but in a much more effective format.
