I am concerned parent who child support payment are not being made or meet. They have a plan where the non-custodial parent can make any type of payment and he/she will no have to be penalized. This plan is called the HOT program. Parents have not received payments anywhere from 6 month to 1 year. Only the payment the Hot program allows the to make which is the bear minimum. That's to keep he/she out of jail or a lost of their licenses. You are not supporting your child anyway so, your freedom or loss of license is up in the air regardless. KIDS are first and with Maxiums they are dead last. Please support this petition so, the children know that concerned people are out there. And Maxiums need to know we want help. Get rid of this HOT PROGRAM which only helps the non-custodial parent by enabling them to be a parent.
