Toulouse business school is a prestigious University, which we, as students are profoundly content to be part of. Although, due to the current circumstances, all of us have been affected.
We value our time and we value our money, therefore we are presenting this request to TBS.
Online classes encounter new changes for all of us, adapting to new tools, new softwares, etc..
Right now, most of us aren't receiving any income as we are students and we are confined. But, we are still paying for our rents, our food, our gas, our electricity, and our tuition fees.
TBS isn't open. Just like all other schools and universities. This means that many fixed costs are being saved up and our tuition fees won’t be in accordance with the economy anymore.
Students are suffering from this too. Some students can't go on exchange, some can't do their internships. We are not attending physical classes, which means that the whole university experience is gone, we can't even participate like in a real classroom.
And this is our main concern, we are not having an international experience, we are not in a multicultural environment and we are not receiving the high-quality education we paid for. The benefits, resources, learning methods, we signed up for when we applied to TBS, have changed, which is a concern not only to us but to our parents as well.
We know this isn't your fault, but this isn't ours either and it is fair that we are demanding that we, B1 and B2 Barcelona students of this year who will be studying at TBS Barcelona next year (2020-2021 school year), get a reduction of 1200€ over the year (less than the equivalent of studying 1 month and a half at TBS).

Ont demande le remboursement d’une partie de l’année car à cause du Coronavirus j’ai du payer 2 mois de loyer pour rien et était en difficulté.
Suspension des mensualités de scolarité avril et mai pour crise sanitaire pandémique me semblerait logique.
In light of the events that had occurred recently due to the virus, we please you to consider the overall situation and understand that as international students, our home is not where we recently camp for this confinement. The overall shortage of liquidity has shown horrific drawbacks on our parents’ income who are still forced to pay our rent, send money and support my whole family in my home country. I think we should get a refund for the last 2 months of the semester minimum. Since we have not been in class, used the facilities or been able to learn as efficient as in the class room it is a resonable request. Business degrees that are being taught online 100% are cheaper than Toulouse, so we should not have to pay the whole tuition for the school year that was supposed to be face2face.

Je suis entièrement d’accord avec cette initiative nous avons terminé les cours un mois et demi à l’avance et les cours en ligne n’étaient absolument pas complets!
