I have lived in a lot of states and have never had to pay to join the public library at the library. It is off-putting. I’d much prefer to add a bit to my taxes and have a better library system

I have paid out of city fees to use the Payette library for years. I would gladly support a tax that allowed everyone access.

I live in New Plymouth and I like our little library but a county one might give us more selection and more things for the kids to do especially when school is out.
