It’s unfathomable that we are in the eighth week of the extension and many of us have not been paid. My application has been stuck in review after I verified my ID four times in person. I’m a recipient of PUA for the past year, so why is my application STILL being reviewed? I am in desperate need of the assistance as a business owner in the events industry which has essentially been shut down due to the pandemic.

Haven't been able to file a claim since Dec. 6. Received email on Jan 22 saying I didn't need to take any action to continue to receive benefits & to continue to file my claims but there was no claim available to file in my account. Jan 23 got email to upload ID. Sent letter to ADWS because name on ID & SS card different due to not changing when married & got generic response telling me to be patient & call a number with questions. I called the number & left a message but no one called me back. On Jan 28 I finally uploaded my ID with the different last name & on the 29th there was an alert on my account telling me to upload ID. I sent an email but no response. On Jan 30th my account was locked. On Feb 2 someone called & asked about my name. On Feb 3 my account was unlocked & put on the review page where it has been every since. I received a letter dated Feb 5 telling me to upload employment documents, statement "regarding how your employment was affected relating to your COVID-19 date" (makes no sense) & documents showing I have primary caregiving responsibilities no later than 90 days or I "MAY" be found not eligible for PUA. & to continue to file my claims each week until instructed differently. I've sent emails, I've called & I've uploaded documents but no one has called & my account is still in review.
This has become less about me at this point & more about the people that are being completely screwed over by the incompetent state employees while no one says or does anything to help us & we are being completely ignored. & lied to daily! I'm certain if you hired some of us & let those doing the work now be the ones receiving unemployment, we could do the job 100 times better & they would be getting paid!

filed for 5 weeks. under review!!!!!! have sent absolutely everything. this is sad. this Sunday will be 3 more weeks I havent been able to even file! totalling 8 weeks with nothing but a run around every time I call. Get with it Arkansas!

I have been paid since 11/28 I have turned in all required documentation. Yet steal I am steal on review and before that I had 7 claimson approved. EVERY TIME I CALL I get a different lie I am unable to to feed my grandaughter we are on tbe vurge of being homeless Please HELP!!!!!

I'm one of the ones that can't get out of the vicious cycles of not entitled on my claim !! My claim will clear back to not filed as soon as I click on file it'll go back to not entitled it's a vicious cycle !!!!! As of February 17th 2021 I'm sitting on five not entitled claims

I received a request for information to be provided within 90 days- they wanted me to reapply for unemployment. I could not, per UI regulations. My 2020 denial carried over. I uploaded the denial and the monetary determination for 2021 within 5 days- the same day I was denied for completely unrelated reasons to my case- totally unrelated!!! I was told that it would be fixed, as it was one of more than 2500 egregiously denied cases by yesterday. Nothing! Now I am being told that this error never occured and I have to appeal. The appeal could take up to 16 weeks, and benefits are not going to paid after the extension expiration date in March. So, they robbed me, they are reaponsible for the loss of my home, my car, my mental and emotional distress, the list goes on!

Have turned in all required documents been stuck on review for 3weeks not been paid since December. Have 3 kids that its hard to feed with no money and haven't been able to pay any bills this month
