I have not received a payment Since dec.I received one letter and one email to scan my id.I uploaded it and went to the local adws and had it scanned.I have been on review page ever since.I call the pua hotline daily and wait at least 45min for someone and I'm told something different everytime.Ive uploaded covid statement and proof of self employment.I have been evitced and am losing what I have left.

I never received my email to verify my identity the lady at pua that i finally got through to said to just go down to the local office with my ID. Ok did that. Next day my account is stuck in review, has been that for a week and a half now. I uploaded my tax documents from last year hoping that would help. It did nothing. And our business was just opened last year so it had no tax documents of its own so had to upload my personal taxes. No idea what to do now! My family is hungry ive cooked nearly everything we got from the garden last year. And i cant pay my house payment my 2500 electric bill my water bill or my internet that my kids need to do their school work now that we're virtual due to the snow. Im scared and at my wits end!! I have no trust in Arkansas government anymore!! Am I and my family gonna be out on the streets soon because Arkansas is to damn greedy to help its people??? Before I turned in my ID I had every week approved and pending payment now I cant file or even look at the new weeks WTH!! No money since December!! If it wasnt for my kids I think I would just say screw it and sign out of the mess called life!!! But they need me so thats a no go.

Well I'll put it to you this way I have a friend that works for yes our government and he just gave me some information that Ace of Hutchinson is fat in his wallets even more off of the interest of our money for the pua the federal tax here's the kicker it's FEMA money so it's not taxable but yet they can draw interest off of it and then turn around and charge you taxes on it that's Arkansas that's Ace of Hutchinson that's the way he does business thank God his ass is almost out of office to

my name is Rebecca Knighton. I was on unemployment starting in March of last year. My regular unemployment ran out in I believe it was late August. After fighting with them for a month or so I was told that I had to file for pua. I did that in November. They then told me I had to refile for regular unemployment. My claim was denied and I was again told that I had to file for pua. I did. I have uploaded emailed and mailed everything they have requested. My claim has been stuck on review since November. I have been fighting with regular unemployment and pua for months. My job was closed at the beginning of covid in February 2020 and has since had to file bankruptcy. I worked for 7 years at an independent living facility. I live in a very small town, cherokee village and jobs are very scarce. I have lost my home and all my things except the clothes I own. I have had to sell everything. The closet office to me is batesville or mt home and I have no way to get there. I have been to the mt home office twice thanks to a friend. I am now homeless with my wife who was currently laid off due to being off under a dr care. She has filed for regular unemployment with no answer. She is fighting for her disability due to being an amputee and having mental illness. She is trying to file an appeal but they are giving her the run around. We are in serious need of help and are getting none. I am in desperate need of my unemployment and cant get any answers at all. I would appreciate any help you could possibly give me. I have been stuck on the review page for a week or more. I got the email on the 22nd nothing I needed to do to get the extension. After sitting and waiting I finally had weeks to claim and when I tried it said that I wasn’t entitled because I maybe eligible for Regular/peuc. I tried to do my application it said something (I have forgotten what) so I thought it would mess up something so I didn’t do it because it was the weekend. Then I called the hotline that Monday and was told to go ahead and redo my application and go to my local office and have them scan my ID. While I was there I asked for my denial letter and wasn’t given to me. So I came home and redid my application and went back to the unemployment office to finish the application process and was told that I had to call PUA. So I called again and was given a number to call and finish the process and so I did that and she told me in a couple days I would get my new denial letter. But in the meantime while I’m waiting I look on Facebook because I’m in a group for PUA and someone said that you wasn’t supposed to refile. So the next morning I called PUA and they said yes I had to refile.!okay so I waited a couple of days and I was locked out called PUA again and they said it was because of my ID but I told them every time I called i told them I took mines and my local office had it done. So I called my local office and they sent a email and I was unlocked. When I logged back in I was on the review page. That is where mines has been since then,
Me and my son case was saying the same thing. So when I redid my regular unemployment, I did his also. I called and talked to somebody but he didn’t. He took his id into the local office and had it scanned got a copy of his denial and I sent it from my email address not his to upload in his account with his application number on it. He was approved the same day. I also uploaded both of our Id in our accounts. I deleted mines bc I had went to the local office and had

I have been on not entitled waiting for my regular UI claim to be denied. I turned in previous weeks at the arkadelphia office and they didn't enter them or call me to tell me.
