people need to pay for plastic simply because it is the only way we wont use/waste so many of them. plastic are reaching into our oceans and intoxicating our ocean waters. so when we think we are soaking in our ocean water, we are actually soaking in our plastic bag toxins that the ocean water has been storing for us. these plastic bags are also being eaten by animals which kills them. the toxins in plastic bags are not only killing fish and birds but even WHALES as well! a single plastic bag can even kill whales. please help me raise the price for plastic bags in stores. not to $1.00 or .50 cents... but to only 33 cents per bag.
