The Pax Raptorica is a Global initiative to discourage and eradicate all forms of bullying - namely, authoritarian and manipulative behaviour in the name of "discipline". Such conduct is usually conducted by a trusted authority figure (whether it be in a school, home or some other environment meant to be safe) and will overstep his or her boundaries to inflict some form of torment upon a defenceless victim.
