The road from Bethleham to Owings was in more than decent shape when the department of highways saw fit to "modify" it from smooth asphalt to "Tar & Chip" Not only is it detrimental to the finishes on our vehicles, but also presents a formidable hazard to the many motorcyclist who have residence here. There is no longer a double line and this new surface is quite easy to slide on, Lets make our voice heard everyone, lets get our paved road back!
