The residents of Abbott Place in Bay Shore, NY feel that Abbott Place should not have been skipped over for repavement. All roads in our area have been paved in the past two years except Abbott Place. Our road is crumbling and our curbs are broken away. As tax paying residents, we feel we are not being fairly treated. Many of us have called the Town of Islip and were told that it a budget issue. It's really ridiculous that a block of 12 houses cannot be fit into the budget when all other roads in our area have been taken care of. Pleae see below the signatures of all residents on Abbott Place who are very upset about the conditions of our street.
