Thank you for your efforts in making this a well know issue. The entire island needs to understand the ramifications of how this is handled. We all love it here and need to come up with solutions that share the responsibility of sustainability equitably.

Hoping something more equitable can be found. Putting the burden on the first 2 rows and everyone uses the beach is very unfair. I know people have been coming from other beaches not to spend money here. They say they like, not paying for parking. Of course they do. We’re going to have more people, now that Carolina and Wrightsville beach have raised their parking to 20.00 and 25.00. There is no reason that we couldn’t implement some form of paid parking for non locals.

Hold open public hearings and debates as well as transparency of information by the Council. Represent the people, you work for the property owners.

Many in the 1st and 2nd row houses are retired pensioners who cannot afford the amount of your poorly thought out tax plan.

We are broke...The Goverment and State has killed our income while our taxes never stopped.. The town too away all our access to Parks. Playgrounds and Recreational opportunities for over year. WHAT DID YOU DO WITH ALL THE MONEY YOU DID NOT SPEND...

I appreciate that work that has been done but a pause in this process would be to honor all parties that you represent.

Longtime family owned beachfront house that we struggle to maintain for future generations. The current plan will be the end for us!

I’ve known since my childhood days the West end Ocean front wasn’t fit to build on, due to the constant threat of storms and rough surf. It’s constantly changing and that want cease with beach renourishment.

Additional time would be invaluable and much appreciated. As a non -resident (as yet) property owner on E. Pelican and on W. Beach my Family will be greatly impacted. This is an opportunity to be heard without the ability to cast a vote on any community issue. Thank you.

Passing this expense completely to first and second row homeowners is unacceptable. Hold an open meeting and hear about the many other options you could use, rather than driving homeowners from this lovely island.
