Waiting patiently to the new pieces of evidence and how those who lied and hid those pieces will justify what they did in court in court.

My brother's case was nothing but a series of lies, deception and trickery by the DA and his followers. using multiple theories and changing the story every time we put a dent in it.
hiding evidence that proves his innocence, claiming that some evidence got destroyed by putting scotch tape on it therefor destroying it, REALLY!!! gotta give it to you on this one MR DA, you pulled a fast one on every one including the judge and jury, but i say you will make it available if it was to your advantage, but since it's not, why should you. also refusing to hand over the security camera clips of Paul walking in way before they claimed he did, and hid that from the jury to see. it was not until the high court ordered those clips handed over that the the truth showed up, the truth is like the boogie man, shows up when u least expect him, and it's scary.
YOU JUST CANNOT HIDE THE TRUTH. IT WILL HAUNT YOU FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
but then again, people like you don't know the truth if it hits them between the eyes, you have a dead conscience.

The new evidence will be scheduled to be heard in court sometime in February.

technically no evidence found in this case and an innocent man sent to Jail, so the persecutor made up a case and could run for a DA position. look for Jennifer ex boyfriend who was seen by the landlord minutes before the fire
