The threshold for Conflict of Interest for Government officials, as kimba is, is *perceived*-only, not actual. Judge Kimba must be removed from the bench immediately. She has intentionally perpetrated an enforceable breach of ethics. She is partisan and actually applied leftist political ideology instead of the rule of law to make a court order. So, she has also committed a crime. An investigation will uncover yet more that she has not disclosed due to her position. This will reinforce the impeachment. Further, because she has lost the veil of immunity due to her position, she is also susceptible to civil lawsuit.
