Final supporters
Patton’s Point Subdivision is a residential neighborhood with no through streets. According to Harnett County the speed limit is 55 unless otherwise posted. There are no speed limit signs posted in Patton, so therefore the speed limit is 55. I believe that 55 and 35 is too fast to drive through an area where there are no through streets and no sidewalks. Many people walk, run, walk their pets and there are many small children at play. Recommendation is to have the speed limit in Patton’s Point Subdivision lowered to 25 for the safety of the children and residents in the area. As a resident of the subdivision, please indicate whether or not you support lowering the speed limit on the attached sheet. I will not push to make any changes unless the majority of the residents agree that a change should be implemented.
