She is using her own agenda to write citations. What she wrote the citation for is not even against an ordinance. She needs to be removed.

As an army veteran, I find this to be the ultimate offense. A city worker, who enjoys the freedoms that me and my friends fought for, dares to say that this man did nothing for his country, when it is in fact HER that has never done anything for this country.
To hell with her apologies. She's not sorry she did it, she's only sorry that everyone is turning in her for it. Fire her, she is a disgrace to the position she holds, especially in a city with TWO naval bases.
