When are the Patriots going to held accountable for cheating!? Extreme measures need to be taken...not just fined or draft picks...that's no big deal to them that's why they keep doing it! Brady shouldn't play in Superbowl and Belichick should not be allowed to coach in Superbowl!

The Patriots have gotten away far too long with this kind of shennanigans. Were this the first offense, then one could say their not appearing in the superbowl is to harsh. However this is the latest of multiple episodes. What kind of message does it send to future up-and-coming teams? Is the message(unpunished), cheat and be more and more creative to secure a championship? Don't make them forfeit their appearance in 49, and you can bet the NFL will devolve into anarchy and the wild, wild west.

There is no discussion that they did it or not. It is proven and known that they did do it. The "how" makes no difference.niether Brady nor Bellichik even tried to deny it took place. All they did was try to deflect the blame. They do not deserve to represent anything!! Don't let them get away with this!!

They Patriots solutely cheated, whoever thinks otherwise is delusional. They have to be punished for cheated, the fact that they got away with it in the past is beyond me and absolutely disgraceful. They must not get away with now. If they do get away with it, Goodell has to be fired.

People have GOT to learn that there ARE consequences for cheating and breaking the law. The Patriots should be disqualified from the Superbowl and every one of their players that touched the ball should be fined. As for the coach...he should be banned from football completely! Pete Rose was banned from baseball FOR LIFE and that was for gambling on baseball. He didn't even cheat!! We have GOT to teach kids (as well as adults) to respect laws and rules. Those players are role models and should act accordingly. Plus, they were caught cheating before!! The NFL needs to realize how serious this is and choose to do the right thing! It should not be about the money, it's about HONOR!

If nobody is owning up to it then I feel the whole team should have consequences. fining them and taking away 1st draft picks didn't work before and it won't work this time. If they are made an example out of and make it to where they won't want to try anything again would be more beneficial for everyone. Rewarding them by allowing them to play in the Superbowl is absurd in my opinion.

They cheated, there is no excuse. This is strike two and losing a draft pick means nothing to their team as it is one of the most dominant teams in the NFL. Fool us once shame on you, fool us twice, no Super Bowl for you. They are supposed to be role models.
