I was an Army Finance Corps officer in Cam Ranh bay and Nah Trang in 1971. It is an honor to add my name to those who wish to gain this hero's name on a Navy Detroyer and to petition for his being given the Medal of Honor. I am also the Director of the Schenectady County veterans Service Agency.

My brother and I served with several other Mayomen - every one of them a credit to the Corps and to the country of his birth as well as his adopted country.
