We, the people of the United States do hereby demand that the Department of Justice initiate an investigation into the beating death of white man PAT MAHANEY by six black teens, as a HATE CRIME and a CRIMINAL CIVIL JUSTICE VIOLATION. Their attack was UNPROVOKED and proves that it is not safe for a WHITE MAN to walk in certain areas where he could encounter a pack of BLACK BORED TEENAGERS.
