What happens when you know who the father is of the child you are supporting ? Ya gotta prove fraud !! Its a nightmare - ....I will speak for myself - when a man has unprotected sex, where a woman has disregarded her HIV+ status and held it in secret her nondisclosure, is not only deceitful but is a punishable sexual assault offense. Or should it be OK ?Where a woman has sex with a HIV+ positive man then within literally 10-15 "minutes" later engages in unprotected sex with an HIV -(negative) man unknowingly to the HIV-(negative) man. In as far as a secondary result is a potential for a financial paternity fraud scam ? Yes, this happened to me....

This is not a man problem, this is a societal problem because this does not just affect men.
Children are deprived of having the bio father because of false incentives.
Children are given a false family medical history.
If the victim has dependent children or elderly parents than they are victims too.
The women who comment these crimes should also lose custody and parental rights in addition to fines and imprisonment.
This law is ridiculous and needs to be changed. If you are not the biological father you should not be forced to pay for someone else's child. Find the real father and make them pay.

Paternity fraud is a crime. Mandatory DNA test for all children born to married and unmarried couples to avoid paternity fraud should be a law.
