This law is common sense. Men trying to do the right thing should not be punished.

This law needs to change. If you're not the biological parent you should not be forced to pay support for the child unless you adopted it.

There should be no time limitation for DNA testing. If the mother lied about parentage and can be proved in court the guy should be let off are reimbursed any money he has paid for support. And the correct man fined.

This law is STUPID. If DNA PROVES the child is not biological, then child support should NOT be forced (unless the parent wants to pay).

I disagree with the way the whole child support system is set up! its crooked. I'm all for kids getting support from other parents I'm not for someone else profiting off of it.

Oklahoma needs to give fathers as much consideration as they do mothers. This state has always leaned heavily towards the mother.

If a doubt has been stated then DNA testing should be done. If proven not to be father then he should not have to pay regardless.

She knows who the real father is. They should be going after him for child support yet he's off the hook but Thomas isn't even when it's not his child. This law needs to be changed!!
