We cannot allow this fraud to continue. We must be aware that females have the ability, currently, to take advantage of our system in place, and emotionally and financially exploit men simply based on an assumed parentage. Fraud is a commonly committed crime and it's been seen time and again that parental fraud exists and is currently happening across oklahoma, and all of america. Equality for all.

I have family that are going through some of these same issues with oklahoma child support. It is unfair what the father is going through.

This law is absurd. It needs to be changed. Why does someone that isnt a childs father, have to pay child support for someone elses child.? Especially, if you have no visitation, or dont want anything to do with a childs life, or if the mother wont allow visitation. Law needs to be changed.!

Although I am signing this petition, I do believe that of he assumed the responsibility as a father to this child & for the 1st 3 yrs of its life performed fatherly duties then why does he feel the need now to abandon the child just bc his marriage didn't work with the mother? You can't choose when you want to be a parent. It's a life long commitment. That child knew you as a father & now he doesn't have one bc you chose to give up.
