The Pennsylvania Tuition Relief Act is a tuition assistance program that will decrease the gap between cost attendance and family contribution toward education. The Governor's Proposal is to legalize a small number of video poker machines within the State of Pennsylvania to set up a revenue stream to fund education for Pennsylvania residents. This plan would provide a max of $7600.00 per year in the hands of Pennsylvania students who live is households with a combined income of less than 100,00 dollars a year. All Pennsylvania residents who attend 10 out of the 14 public intuitions within the state of Pennsylvania will have the opportunity to take advantage of this plan.
