It's been nearly 4 years since the abduction, sexual assault and bruttal murder of 9 year old Jessica Lunsford. New Jersey is 1 of 8 states dragging their feet to pass a law to protect our children from such predators. Jessica's Law would mandate a minimum sentence of 25 years without parole and a maxium life in prison for first time offenders. Our children need to be protected from these offenders and without Jessica's Law these offenders will continue to abduct, rape and murder our children.
