Lately I have more eject kills* on tryhards than actual normal kills. And then we spend as much as 5+ hours in sessions with scared tryhards refusing to fight, only to get 2 or 3 kills. Furthermore it's just sad when these wannabe PVP players come and take one cheap kill, then immediately go passive (and stay passive the rest of the session), because they are scared and know they would lose a real fight. Another really **** annoying thing is trying to PVP with people who actually fight, but then being distracted by passive players constantly following you. And then you have to constantly pay attention to them, for the risk that they might toggle off their passive and try to take a cheap kill on you. It's not PVP anymore, it's babysitting little scared children. That's not how a video game is supposed to be played.
*Eject kill = jumping out of a speeding vehicle (a car or a jet) and ramming it into a passive player, killing them.

I agree with passive being op but at the same time maybe think about removing bst and ghost organisation aswell.. Those two are abused more than passive mode now especially when you get try harder just joining each other organisations just to stay off radar 24/7
