Passing criteria to change from 60 to 40 marks

Yes sir,it's better thing.. Please consider this....

Sir,please change the pass mark to 30% . It is very difficult to score 60%. Not every one can score high percentages.

Please, reduce the passing criteria

Sir please change the pass mark from 60 to 44 because 60 is too high and difficult if 60 marks is the pass mark half of the campus will remain be at summer semister so please think and respond about this issue
