The bus service has been appalling over the last few months Bus not turning up ,no reason,no respect for the commutes,.There are people old and young using , because they need this service,and they late for school , appointments , work.The prices have gone down but the service is suffering.You ask the drivers why and they have no answer.They are just doing what there bosses in Grand Parade and Capwell tell them.These people couldn't care less because they not suffering.

I am a wheelchair user and its only within the last few years we have wheelchair accessible bus coming to my area and now they want to take buses from the area completely what a disgrace

My son has gone for bus and it does not show up and no bus for another hour. Sometimes it leaves monkstown early

Fed up of my son's complaining that.the bus has not come and been late for work. They pay enough for tickets etc! One of my son's goes to U.C,C other n enough he is Kate for class. My husband has to drive into city to collect him and bring him home. I like to go into Douglas to do my Shopping often I'm late no bus .I go to Mercy Hosp with my health can't plan appointments same excuse no Buses

This service is a disgrace at the moment. & no one is taking any responsibility for it. Passage is like a forgotten town! & the fact that the bus doesn't come up Church Hill except for the school is an absolute joke!!!
