This bus is a joke I have been getting it since I started my first job 4 months ago I live in backrock still getting it and it’s late I and every one rely on this service some of the time drivers don’t turn up and some are rude

And have a bus service that travels from Monkstown to Rochestown Inn via Rathanker. We have no service at all!

The 223 bus route is a disgrace. It’s despicable of bus eireann to allow this kind of service to it’s reliant customers. You have elderly people who have to get to appointments, and young people relying on buses to get to work and college. Yet without fail there is a 223 bus that either doesn’t show up or is beyond late. There are two buses that have to go up the hill in Passage every day yet you’re lucky if the drivers bother. Even though there are two schools up there.

The service has to be reliable! Stop saying there is no bus available! If this is the case reduce down the service but at least supply what you say will be supplied! Too many times my daughter has been left stranded on the way to and from work!

Take the bus everyday and I would love to be certain that the bus that goes to CIT will definitely come everyday while CIT is open so I’m confident I will make it in on time
