Currently, the Spring 2016 PASS webpage offers an option to “Show Fully Online Classes, Show GWR Classes, and Show USCP Classes." We would like to add to PASS (Plan a Student Schedule) a “Show Sustainability Classes” option to the Select Course List tab.

The Academic Senate Sustainability Committee has developed a list of sustainable classes that meet the Sustainability Learning Objectives at Cal Poly. The courses are listed in the Sustainability Catalog (SUSCAT). The 2014 CSU Sustainability Policy states, “The CSU will seek to further integrate sustainability into the academic curriculum working within the normal campus consultative process" and other CSU campuses use systems to visually identify sustainability courses in their course catalogs or online registration systems. In doing so, Cal Poly students could more easily find classes relating to sustainability and make a positive impact in the community through their classes.
