Pass Senate Bill #842 Noise Pollution Control and Abatement Act

Please pass this bill i've had enough of all the noisy vehicles at night and all those motorbikes with modified mufflers overspeeding at residential areas every night upto 4am. They should be punished.

My wife almost suffered from a miscarriage due to our neighbors non stop revving of their motorcycles

Noise causes me stress in my neighborhood. Although it is our fault to establish in a crowded area, maybe we can still have our rights to complain.

Hopefully this can be seen. My noisy neighbors are so irritating. They literally traumatized me, from hearing the bottles(Drinking from 8pm to the late hours), dogs, and the sound of basketball

Long time coming. If Filipinos can't respect their neighbors then let legislation force them to.

Dapat lang talaga mapatupad ito dahil hindi naman natin masasabing laging mapapakiusapan ang mga kapit-bahay nating nagvivideo-oke mula umaga hanggang madaling araw halimbawa diba? minsan talaga namamalewala na sila sa ibang mapeperwisyo ng kaingayan nila.. Kailangan talaga may batas na katakutan nila para naman hindi sila nakakaistorbo sa iba.

Yes please make this a law. I hate noise pollution at night. Late night karaoke needs to stop.

I live in a discontinued subdivision, my neighbor decided to rent out their house to random people, when they moved in they were so noisy partying and drinking outside on the street until 3 am. Their dog barking all day and night. They also turned their garage into a motorcycle workshop so there's grinder noise all the time. I had to complain endlessly to their landlord until action was taken and they finally got a clue because the landlord threatened to kick them out. Imagine if they actually owned the property, I won't be able to do anything about the noise.

This bill is good for the community and I stand with it.
