As usual. Filipinos hindi marunong mag-isip sa kapwa. Kelangan pa ng batas para sumunod.

Neighbours playing loud bass till past 3am and no one does anything about it. Ban loud music from homes and residential areas. There should be places in the city to go to for that. Allow people to buy permits or something that's cheap to buy so they can celebrate birthday at home but on the permit it should tell them what time they can start playing music or karaoke and what time they should stop. Failure to follow rules should result in heavy fines.
