Salem isnt going to help us so we have to do this ourselves. Keeping our schools great is the only way to keep property values up and the town worth living in.

I support this not because of it fixing the immediate problem…but because I look at it like a long term investment. Our kids deserve the best in academics and athletic programs.

This is a must. Every other district in the surrounding area has a levy. It is the norm, not unusual in any way. If the city rejects this levy, the schools will spiral downward in very real and significant ways. Implications for families with students in SSD public schools will be a critically diminished educational experience and education. Implications for families who no longer have school age children will include plummeting value of our homes as Sherwood loses significant appeal to home buyers who have an array of choices of which town to move to, due to our below par, in crisis schools. This levy is imperative for the vitality of the town and all of its residents. Please find a way to vote yes and talk to neighbors and friends, if you are comfortable to do so. If nothing else, simply vote yes. Strong, properly staffed schools which produce consistently high outcomes are part of what make Sherwood a special community and our schools are in danger.

We’ve needed this for years and it’s about time. It’s the only way we can compete with our neighboring districts and continue to offer our kids amazing programs.

This is a critical time for our district and our town. Please support Sherwood youth (even if yours have already graduated).
A yes vote is one for the future generation, property values and the future of our town.
Please vote yes!!
I fully support it
Do it!!!
