I wanted to put a business in this place the problem is his reputation I saw the stack of papers this man had from court and how the banks scammed him. I think its a shame that it cant get off the ground but when people are told he is a scam artist and if you open there you will lose it all its scary. I think it needs to be opened it will be an awesome place if it can get off the ground maybe the current owner needs to take on some business partners that are on the up and up. His idea for the place is really nice I think it will bring a lot of value to our homes if we can work with him and help him get this open and going!

This was going to be a beautiful place in trinity until the mam in charge of building it took off with all the funds for the project. I think this place would be a help in creating jobs for piano county and also would take the eyesore of an unfinished building/ project away
