Tear it down or let an investor clean it up! We are sick of this blemish in our neighbor!

This needs to be dealt with has been going on years. It is not fair to the local residents like myself that this eye sore is devaluing our property value. Eminent domain is an answer and this land could be utilized for many offices for Pasco County

This project is in litigation including foreclosure by the lender which was also a tenant and defendant in a separate action. This situation could continue for years without action by the County

Bought my house back in 2009 in Thousand Oaks East. Many For Sale, Foreclosures and abandoned properties back then. The community has come a long way from the darkness of the economic crash. Now Thousand Oaks East is beautiful. The one downside is Trinity Town Center. The developer, Bill Planes should be stripped of all license and put in jail. He should also have this property ripped from his possession and this should go up for bid. There are many developers whom are waiting to jump at this and, not only complete, but update the project to today's standards.

I agree on the bringing a sledgehammer and flattening this thing. I really wish it could be what it was meant to be but I don't think it will any time soon. I wish the city could confiscate it due to the reason that it is idle but it is maybe a good thing that they can't. Either way, something needs to be done, sooner than later.

I will sign anything and do anything within my power to remove these brain dead politicians that run this county. Kathryn Starkey is the ringleader of these clowns and unfortunately, her predecessors were equally as bad.
It is time we remove these idiots from office and put someone in that actually cares about the community.

This development is an eyesore, bringing down our property values and is a haven for potential criminal activities. The developer obviously has no regard for the neighborhood and now his greed has caught up to him.

If they can have a brewery buy a big lot... it would do very well.

Tear it down, make a"Gateway to Trinity" park. 10 years ago we looked forward to having a great outdoor mall in the neighborhood. Now, not so much. I volunteer to bring a sledge hammer and help!
