All the beaches throughout the island belongs to the mauritian before everything. Hence the coastal site of interest and inclyding all beaches on coastal regions shall remain accessible and free for all mauritians.

Tent camping shall remain free on the beaches because it's the most affordable leisure for the poorest families of the country. Moreover, most of the tent camping events are not planned 21 days before. Sometimes, families decide to go camping and move to the beach on the same day!!How will the BA manage these???
