Its true we paid for labs and we couldn't use them each lab is so expensive. We paid. 400 for student activities each which we couldnt use so its completely unfair to not refund our money or cancel it for the ones who haven't paid it yet

It would be better if the university considers to refund atleast 50% of the fee since online classes arent equal to on-campus classes. And in this current situation it's hard to manage the fee amount.

Lama your response further proves to me the fact that you need English tutor as soon as possible. I wouldn’t mind giving you some english learning sessions every now and then but I’m quite busy during this month hopefully I’ll be able to meet you on campus and give you some tips on improving your english

Yup I totally agree with Lama she needs a refund she wouldn’t be able to study by her own let alone understand the major courses if she can’t even form proper sentences. Please give Lama refund she needs to get English tutor as soon as possible
