We, the undersigned, are not necessarily opposed to the necessity of new ball fields at the two high schools. We are opposed to the BOE ceding ownership of this land to the Township of Parsippany Troy Hills. We are opposed to using Open Space Funds, originally intended for a different purpose, to fund the re-turfing of the BOE owned fields.

The Board of Education is still trying to hand over our land to the Township while playing fast and loose with Open Space funds. This backroom deal is a disgrace and we refuse to let them raid our reserves to pay for their pet projects.

THIS IS WRONG. Open space money is for nature not for resurfacing sports fields that the BOE should be paying for anyway. Ridiculous.

Keep our schools land public. Stop the township from taking over what doesnt belong to them. Leave the budget alone.
