Disgraceful that this front office politics continues to happen year after year. As a longtime supporter it's incredibly frustrating and eventually enough will be enough and I'll lose interest in the game.

Disappointed in the continued " me first" agenda that filters through the organisation - I want people running the club who put their own self interest aside in favour of the club and its many fans.

you think the football side of the operation has its problems ?? Take a look at the leagues club it's been run by former staff from a club out west bringing in a culture of disrespect to the members and staff of our club the board need to have a look at getting rid of these people and brining in experienced people to run our club

So over this crap! The board needs a makeover! You've manage to completely ruin the club with your ignorance. Or is it intensional? Sometimes it seems that way. Parra is club with some of the most passionate supporters in the league. Congrats on losing them. You numbnuts!!!

I have been a parra diehard fan since 1977 , I grew to watch each team since then . Yes we had the 80,s but since then has been a true nightmare that is like the movie (A never ending story). The Board has never run the club in a professional manner and the mistakes have continued to mount. Poor signings ,Over payments for under performing players and or over the hill signings have made the club a total joke. You would never have the club accept so many bad years in a row before so why cant they get it right? Because they are running the club with jokers , a bunch of guys hellbend on power and self richness and no real idea on how to run an organisation. The EELS were the benchmark of rugby league , we were the team most feared by some of the best ever teams to hit the paddock. Now we are not consistent and are no threat to anyone but ourselves. A team that has players not playing with heart and sole and for the love of the game . Yes this club is in major crises and you have to be blind to not see the damage already done. It will take nothing short of a complete take over and hire people on effort ,passion, ability and business knowhow to rescue this club.
Even the greatest ever 5/8 Brett Kenny who beat wally lewis in every match up has had enough of the club . Yes i wonder why i have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years supporting this team , going to games , buying gear for the entire family ? Well no more -- i refuse to go to another game -- refuse to purchase any eels supporter gear until this club is turned around . I will love my eels with all my heart and sole forever but i wont contribute to a club that gives such little back to fans . We the fans MUST feel success too . we can cope with a bad year here and there but not every year in a row. Players like Hindmarsh who gave everything to the club and to us fans i feel most sorry for. The club lost HAYNE ,he didn't just leave . He was smart to know when to pull the plug and he did that . N
