I believe the sentence that was handed down in 1985 was Life with no parole plus 30 years , now if Mr. Smith is still breathing he has not fulfilled that time.

Gene juliette his family was everything to him i had the privlige of having gene as a father-in-law for a very short time he was a very loving man under that tough exterior . Daryl was a fine young man and brother both taken from a family that needed them to the juliette famliy you are in prayers always have god bless this man should never be released back into society inmate155845 should never be released
