My 11 year-old son was killed by a drunk driver. The driver was sentenced to four years and probably got out sooner. My son is still dead. Drunk driving is a crime of arrogance, of believing that the laws of physiology don't apply to you. Don't give this arrogant idiot parole.

I understand where your coming from but they were friends! God didn't put us on this earth to judge anyone that's only for him to do. There are several stories on what really happened but only he knows!

How would you feel if one of your family members were killed by a drunk driver? Would you say it would be okay for that person to get out of jail. What about family members that have to live with this everyday.

I think Peter should serve his sentence. no one should drink and drive. that is how my grandfather lost his life.

Jordan Peters should have to serve his full sentence. Ten years is not nearly long enough. His actions caused the death of 2 people. Do not let him out for anything less than a full sentence served!

i believe these two young men who lost their lives deserve more than just a slap on the wrist to Jordan Peters. They lost their life. Their family lost them. Jordan Peters needs to carry out his sentence.

Jordan Peter's actions directly cause and the death of two young men and has had an ongoing ripple effect in the lives of their families and friends who miss them every day. As the aunt to one of the victims, Kale Clay, I ask that parole be denied. Jordan Peters was sentenced to ten years. While his time in jail will not bring back our loved ones, it will keep our families from being victims a second time. Jordan Peters needs to serve his full sentence.

So many of our service men have already lost their lives. How tragic these 2 fine young men's lives were taken due to a stupid decision. A choice that continues to haunt and effect their families. Every holiday, birthday, anniversary, every milestone it is felt anew. With stiff penalties we can only hope to carry the message home of "don't drink and drive". With out these consequences, the severe consequences that these families face will be in vain. Please deny Jordan Peters parole. Let this act of justice serve as a lesson for others, and maybe, just maybe others may not have to suffer.

Jordan Peters did the crime and now he needs to do the time. SPC Kale Clay or PFC Pawell Serafin will not get an early out. Their sentence will be paid in full and so will their families. Leave Jordan Peters in prison and give SPC Clay and PFC Serafin the justice they deserve.

It's such a tragedy that two lives were taken by a foolish stupid choice of another. It's devastating to see a mother in tears because some person decided to drink and drive. It hurts to see a family hurting because their loved one is gone forever. I hope and pray and pray hard that justice will be served, and punishment will be carried out!!!!! Clay and Serafin family deserve atleast that!!!

Please deny Jordan Peters his request for parole. A ten year sentance is such a small price to pay for the lives of two young men. Jordan Peters will always be able to have a life AFTER his sentance has been served.
