It’s sad what happened to this two young people, kathy you call Sergio a monster for what he did and what it happened it was an accident so come on people we don’t know exactly what happened we we can’t be judging people if we don’t we’re there at the accident, this can happen to anyone. Kathy be honest and tell people how your daughter was in drugs Who’s the monster who leaves the scene of an accident or someone who sales drugs and drugs kills people. Tell people why u couldn’t keep your granddaughter’s custody.

He is a murderer and justice has not been served and his sentence has been like he did a white collar crime instead of murder. The illegals are treated better than US citizens and this needs to change

Do not let a man walk nor get parole. He should suffer just like Hailey did along with Haileys boyfriend. Make him do his time. What will happen if he is set free and is a repeat offender? What does that say about you?

KEEP HIM LOCKED UP!!! Sick and tired of seeing these criminals get out and do it again...I know numerous people that would be alive today if they had kept these people behind bars!!!! If you can kill a mother and drag someone like that and have NO REMORSE....HE WILL DO IT AGAIN!!!

My own daughter is a victim of crime. I am lucky she is still alive. The perpetrator was sentenced to 5 to 10 years but only served 6 with 4 years good behavior. He is now out. Meanwhile my daughter has to watch over her shoulder the entire time. These people that commit crimes do not care. They do the crimes with the intent to harm. This person killed two people. Two lives. He should be made to stay the entire sentence. It is ridiculous he did not receive life.
