This was a cold and violent crime. Any normal person would have stopped to render aid, or at least slowed down. Nothing will bring Hailey or David back, but their families deserve to know that their loved ones' killer will serve out his time. He showed no mercy to his victims.

Our justice system needs to keep this man in prison. He deliberately ran into them and killed them. Their children do not have their parents because of this monster.
