There is more to a prison sentence than punishment, and more than rehabilitation. There is also the aspect of deterence. Strong, harsh sentences serve as a deterrent to other would be offenders.

Please do not parole this criminal. Do not need people like this out on the street.

Some people need to stay where there at for a really long time to save other lives.

Parole Block Russell Johnston please. It’s not fair that he caused the death of so many people and permanent damage to others!!! He should serve his full time!!!!

As a retired federal law enforcement investigator as well as a lifelong friend of Marilyn’s, I strongly recommend that Inmate Johnston be required to complete said sentencing. This was an egregious criminal act and this convict should not have the eligibility of parole. I have known Marilyn both before the MURDER of her entire family and after the MURDER of her entire family. Before said MURDER, Marilyn was an extremely happy and positive person. When she began her little family, this extreme happiness was amplified. Marilyn's little family was her LIFE. Following the blatant MURDER of her family as well as Marilyn’s long-term stay in hospital, Marilyn lost 3/4 of her life. 1/4 being the love of her life, her husband. 1/4 being her beautiful 10yo son. 1/4 being her health due to the extensive damage to her heart and several other bodily injuries. Today, Marilyn is left with 1/4 of life as she knew it. She now has severe heart damage as well as extensive emotional damage. Every day is a fight just to get through it. Then on top of everything that Marilyn has been forced to already deal with, she has to campaign to keep this convict behind bars. Every time this convicted felon is scheduled to go before the Arkansas Parole Board, Marilyn is forced to relive all of the pain. She is forced to fight like hell so that her family can have the little bit of justice that was given to them in return for the lives of FOUR people. Justice will not be served if any of them are EVER released!

Do the right thing and keep him in prison. The family continues to mourn the loss.

Mr. Johnston should remain in prison as a reminder of the choice he made on that fateful day when he carelessly killed 4 members of the San Felippo family and caused another to suffer the loss of her family and suffer a chronic lifetime of pain because of his road rage. This was not a mistake on Mr. Johnston's part. It was a deliberate desire to hurt another person, resulting in killing a family that had no involvement whatsoever with him. He needs to be held accountable for his life choice and serve out his complete sentence.

Keep him locked up !

He took my sister, nephew, great nephew and brother in law over a stupid act of road rage. My niece Marylin has been through hell because of this man.

Make someone like him, who murdered 3 people at once, do their whole sentence.

He should remain incarcerated until his victim recovers at the least.

He should do the whole sentence. Then when he does get out DO NOT let him get a driver's license again!!!!
