It would be disgraceful and outrageous if this person were to be paroled for killing Mr. Kaiser. His family demands that he stay incarcerated for his crime for all of the pain he inflicted upon them!!

Straight up murder and you're going to put him back on the street in 4 years. That's ridiculous. Don't let him out.

This man clearly is a re-offending sociopath and society must be protected from him. The murder of Doctor Kaiser deserves more than a slap on the wrist, and Blecher will reoffend if released - as he has already demonstrated.

This murdering animal should never be considered for parole. He should serve 100% of his sentence for this most heinous crime.

Why would this man be allowed to walk free after only serving 4 years of an 18-year prison sentence? Preposterous. Get this one right Parole Board.

Completing less than 6 years in prison after brutally beating someone to death which calculates to a loss of a family member for life seems insulting and a slap in the face to the deceased’s family who loved him, not to mention the danger this person obviously is to society. It’s difficult to believe it’s even a possibility. This wild animal obviously deserves to be locked up.

As a resident of the state of Arkansas, I am asking for parole to be denied for this individual. The safety and security of law abiding, productive citizens is at risk with this criminal on the streets.
