He seen her and knew what he was going to do to her. He had that zip tie ready and violently took this young girls life. He watched her take her last breath. He should be on death row awaiting the electric chair. Why should he even be considered 5o be a free man in society. She was 17 years old , young innocent girl, he took her future ,why should he have one.
