Parole Block for Darrell Freeman

A life gone to soon and he haven’t complete his sentence . Please don’t leave him in prison.

This inmate should not be released he shot him in the back and tried to cover up the murder he will kill again it might be my son next .

My heart goes out to the Mother, anyone who takes a life so callously doesn't deserve to be out in society. He killed a young man?! Not stole out of a mall, take it seriously and make him pay for his actions.

He didn’t deserve to be killed no one should ever have to lose a child

I couldn't imagine the thought of loosing a child to the grave or to the prison system. My heart still hurts to this day for the families and especially for Essence, the mother of the deceased. Over the years I had the opportunity to share a lot of good memories with Darris and his family. His family still mourns him and hasn't been the same since he was abruptly taken away from them. Forever Darris will be missed dearly by his family(Mom, grandparents, siblings, aunt and uncle). As mother and a loved one of Darris I would personally say There's not enough time for anyone to do that could replace Darris and that Darrell Freeman should be rehabilitated with all of his sentence completed before being released. My prayers and condolences to all.

He tried to hide my nephews body after her shot him so that he could die . They give u 100 years for drugs and only 7 for a life where is the justices in that

Please do the right thing do not let this inmate back in the streets the system is showing that this is okay to do well it’s not please don’t fail our community this is not okay not even with a Change or chance with the system .give this family justice no mother should have to visit their love ones in the cemetery while killers are out having fun .

This is completely wrong and I don’t agree he took a innocent persons life someone who was loved and cared for

My friend and family are still mourning having sleepless nights the last thing they need is to be looking over there shoulders thinking any of them will be his next victim

He killed my lil cuzin from behind he aint even serve 10yrs yet it not fair to his mother, should she have to fear for her life and her daughters life!!

My sister still suffers to this day from this devastating crime that this individual committed and I'm pretty sure he's not rehabilitated (check his jacked) it's a must he remains there so he can truly realize the pain suffering heartache anger sadness devastation heaviness on his mother's heart that he's caused.

He needs to serve more time. His family is still healing from this.

Families suffer a lifetime when a love one is taking away, especially so tragically. A mother life is never the same, we loose who we were and so much more. Being a mom of two with one son having legal issues and another being murdered, I understand both sides . I understand people can be rehabilitated. However it’s just something’s you can’t come back from and that’s one first kill, Once someone kills a person, it’s almost in their blood and believe me they will do it again. As a mother who’s lost a child myself, if either one of my children took someone’s life , I would personally stand before the parole board and ask for them not to be released. The life long pain a mother and families suffer is deserving of a killer to serve life, so that another families, mother’s life isn’t destroyed I think a killer should do life sentences. It’s been less than ten years this killer does not deserve to have a life outside of prison if he even deserves to have a life at all, but that’s up to the creator. However it’s up to you to allow this killer to be set free to only kill again.
